Aeternum’s dynamic economy revolves around the Trading Post. This is your hub for buying and selling items, resources, and other goods in order to make coin.

Buying

Search & Filter

• Use the search bar to find specific items
• Apply filter and sorting preferences
• Select for usability and/or affordability
• Hover over any item to see more details

Place Buy Order

• Declare that you will purchase a specific item for a set price
• Define quantity, listing duration, gear score, and more

Confirm Purchase

• Purchased items can be found in your storage"

Discounts

• All Buy and Sell Orders on the trading post have a listing fee
• This fee can be discounted with Territory Standing bonuses earned for that trading post’s territory
• Further discounts await if your company governs the territory!

Market Research

• The Trading Post can be a fount of wealth if used correctly
• Keep an eye on the cost and desirability of items in the current market
• Setting competitive prices increases your chances of a successful transaction

My Orders

Active Orders

• Monitor currently active Buy and Sell Orders
• Cancel unwanted items or orders by selecting the listing
• Check the details of your open orders here

Completed & Expired Orders

• Review past transactions both completed and expired
• Items from expired or cancelled orders are returned to your storage

Sell

Listing Items

• Select the item to sell in the sell tab, only tradeable items will be shown
• Choose whether to place a sell order or fulfill a buy order listed underneath
• Set a price, quantity, and listing duration

Manage & Monitor

• Check the order’s status under ‘My Orders’
• You’ll receive a notification when the order’s status changes

Fulfill Buy Orders

• The ‘All ltems’ tab displays all buy orders from other players
• You can filter Buy Orders by perks, attributes, and gear score to find your specific item
• You can also use the Trade chat channel to call out items that you are willing to buy or sell

Set Competitive Prices

• Adjust your price based on market trends of the same or similar items
• Reference the current market prices of the item by selecting the item to see current buy orders or searching for it in the ‘All Items’ tab
