Elysian Wilds
Elysian Wilds occupies the land that was once known as First Light. The transformation is one of the most dramatic territorial changes in Aeternum’s recorded history: fields, villages, and familiar settlements were swallowed by the power of the Angry Earth and replaced by a dense, dangerous wilderness.
Artemis stands at the center of this change. Under her influence, the territory was reshaped and sealed away behind dangerous natural barriers. The surge of primal power also awakened the Beast Lords, powerful beings that established domains throughout the transformed region.
Because Elysian Wilds physically replaced First Light, its history cannot be separated from the territory that came before it. Ruins and memories of the former region survive beneath the new landscape, making Elysian Wilds a living example of Aeternum rewriting its own geography. Its story also connects directly to the Tear of Gaea, Morgaine, and later events in Nighthaven.
