Leatherworking Progression
Leatherworking begins with low-tier hides and advances through progressively stronger leather recipes. Each tier commonly builds on earlier refined materials, so even basic hides can retain value as part of higher-level crafting chains.
At level 205, Leatherworkers can refine Dark Leather. At level 250, the profession reaches the Prismatic tier with Prismatic Leather, one of Aeternum’s premium endgame crafting materials.
Refining Efficiency
Higher Leatherworking levels improve access to recipes and contribute to refining efficiency. Eligible refining recipes can produce bonus materials, and profession-specific equipment can further improve output.
Connected Trade Skills
Leatherworking is supplied by Skinning and supports Armoring, Engineering, Weaponsmithing, Furnishing, and numerous mixed-material recipes.
